Join us for an exciting workshop series filled with games, food, and good vibes. Equip yourself with the tools, skills, and community to support you and your mental health and wellbeing this season!

MINDCRAFT: For the young heroes journey is a three session workshop series designed to equip high school students with the tools and strategies to improve their emotional, mental, and physical well-being through group exercises, games, reflective writing, storytelling, and a culminating performance.

MINDCRAFT is inspired by the video game Minecraft and other sandbox games which empower youth to be the heroes of their own story and encourage them to build a world they would like to see with their peers. This program will harness the power of community building, supporting one’s neighbor, and checking in on your own whole health and wellbeing so that youth can lead for the long haul.
