FREE September Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

The National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association invites you to participate in a free Mental Health First Aid certificate virtual training on Thursday, September 17, 2026 and Friday, September 18, 2026 from 2pm - 6pmET | 11am-3pmPT.

Mental Health First Aid is a LIVE, 8-hour training course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Registration is free and includes digital training materials needed for the course. 

You must RSVP on the website and complete the corresponding Google Form to confirm your registration. 

Registration is due Thursday, September 10th (or until space is reached) and a 2-hour self paced course is due Monday, September 14th prior to the training.

This course is valued at $170. Thanks to a training grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, learners may attend at no charge.
