FREE December Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

The National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association invites you to participate in a free Mental Health First Aid certificate virtual training on Thursday, December 17, 2026 and Friday, December 18, 2026 from 10am-2pmET | 7am-11am PT.

Mental Health First Aid is a LIVE, 8-hour training course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Registration is free and includes digital training materials needed for the course. 

You must RSVP on the website AND complete the following form to confirm your registration. 

A 2-hour self paced course is due Thursday, December 10th prior to the training.

This course is valued at $170. Thanks to a training grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, learners may attend at no charge.
