Colorado AANHPI Healing Circle

Join AANHPI mental health providers, peers, and community members in Colorado for this 90-minute healing circle to connect with others with shared experiences. The Circle is a space to come as you are, listen, and share in a safe space with empathy and presence. In small groups, each participant will be given chance to share their experiences with others through guided facilitation and weaving techniques to process their thoughts and feelings, including reactions to the recent gun violence tragedies. Participants can also offer ideas for self-care and community action. Time: We will open the virtual room ten minutes before the event starts (6:50 p.m.). We encourage you to login and join the space early. We will then close the virtual room ten minutes after the event starts (7:10 p.m.), even to those who have registered, to minimize disruptions in the Healing Circles.
