About the event
Join AANHPI mental health providers, peers, and community members in Colorado for this 90-minute healing circle to connect with others with shared experiences. The Circle is a space to come as you are, listen, and share in a safe space with empathy and presence. In small groups, each participant will be given chance to share their experiences with others through guided facilitation and weaving techniques to process their thoughts and feelings, including reactions to the recent gun violence tragedies. Participants can also offer ideas for self-care and community action.
