About the event
Join AANHPI youth, families, mental health experts, and youth-serving professionals for an inspiring day of hands-on art workshops, meaningful discussions, and community-building centered on mental health and wellbeing. This event is planned by the students of our youth mental health program, Friends DO Make a Difference (FDMD). FDMD is a recipient of the Caring for Denver grant.
Uncertain times can bring a wave of emotions—fear, sadness, anxiety, and more. Inspired by Pixar movie Inside Out 2, we'll be exploring the full spectrum of emotions and embracing “Joy” as a source of strength and resilience together.
We encourage participants to dress as their favorite character from Inside Out 2!
