Janet Redford is a speaker, coach and author dedicated to helping others achieve personal freedom by breaking through limiting beliefs and aligning mindset with action. As a former Sign Language Interpreter, Janet elevated her profession and mentored interns, fostering growth and excellence. Her journey through a traumatic family experience, involving her child's abuse, reshaped her understanding of healing and personal development. This challenging time inspired her to create transformative work for her clients, emphasizing that while the process isn't easy, it is deeply powerful. As a result, Janet published her book “Surviving Secondary Trauma From Struggle to Strength” to not only recount her own struggles and to share that healing doesn’t have to look a certain way – it only needs to be your way. Janet believes that true growth requires confronting inner barriers and making courageous shifts.

Janet is the founder of MBodi3™, a coaching practice designed to help clients master their passion and purpose by fully embodying all they are meant to be. Her approach combines mindset work with strategic action, empowering her clients to break through their limitations and achieve lasting change. Though the work can be intense, it is this very intensity that leads to profound transformation. Janet lives in Colorado, where she enjoys time with her family, including her children and grandchildren.
