About Victor

Victor Liu was born and raised in Las Vegas. As a Chinese American, he enjoyed boba, video games, and anime, just like many kids growing up in a city full of food and entertainment. What made Victor stand out, however, was his remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He never judged or discriminated against anyone who was different from him; instead, he embraced those differences and made others feel valued in his presence. He was the friend everyone turned to, whether for thoughtful advice on life or carrying his team of friends through crazy game sessions. Victor carried a wisdom far beyond his years, offering guidance that often reached deeper than his own life experiences. His friends appreciated his ability to listen for hours and make them feel at ease. His sharp, analytical mind and quick wit could leave a room laughing, while his kindness and insight left people grateful to have known him.

To carry forward Victor’s legacy of wisdom, compassion, and connection, we are establishing the Victor Liu Memorial Fund. This fund will honor the qualities that defined him: his ability to uplift others, his unwavering loyalty to his family and friends, and his ability to provide unforgettable memories for those around him. By supporting NAAPIMHA, we hope to ensure that Victor’s kind soul continues to touch lives for years to come, just as he touched ours.
